from the Best Summer Weekends Cookbook by Jane Rodmell

makes about 2 cups

1 cup mayo

1/2 cup orange juice

2 tsp. honey

1/2 cup sour cream or yogurt

1 tbsp. rice vinegar

1 tsp. dry mustard

1 clove garlic, minced

2 green onions, chopped

1/4 cup parsley, chopped

salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients (can be done in food processor) and mix well. Season to taste. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.  Makes about 2 cups.
