I’m afraid I’ve left this too late again and must pull something out of my hat – I mean photo library – for today’s blog post. I’ve been busy, but not busy enough with my creative work or my camera. Even the few “fall foliage” photos I have are still in my camera. I’ll get on it. Really. But for now please enjoy a few reminders of the summer blooms from my garden.
Next time I show you the garden I’ll give you a more up to the date look. I just hope it doesn’t include snow.
Ohhh, memories of summer and new life! In awhile it will be back. Thanks for sharing your gorgeous shots.

Thanks. You’ve inspired me to see if I can find anything still in bloom around here. I’ve been a bit lazy with my camera, but maybe I’ll find something…

Your close-up shots are great! Do you use auto-focus or do you mess with the manual stuff?

Thank you! All these photos were taken with auto-focus, on my Canon G11. It is a great little camera and it always makes it look like I know what I’m doing! I have an SRL camera and a macro lense, but I’m embarassed to say I’ve never played with it! I’ll get to it one of these days.

31* here in Istanbul today – next week home to the possibility of snow. Seems like another world that I haven’t quite got my mind around yet. Great pics Terri….
